HOW THE CLOSING WORKS Lots start closing Monday, September 7 at 3 PM, beginning with lot 1 and staggering about every 20 seconds after that. The 3 PM time starts the process. It does not mean every lot closes at 3. We use a soft close. A lot stays open as long as bidding continues in the last two minutes, and each bid in that window extends it another two minutes so back-up bidders get a fair shot. Lots close as the bidding lets them, so stay with the ones you want. PREVIEW Friday, September 4, 8 to 6, at our warehouse, 6513 Storage Drive, Amarillo. Descriptions in this catalog are generated with photo and voice tools and errors get through, so the pictures and the preview are what to rely on for accuracy. PICKUP AND REMOVAL Tuesday, September 8, 8 to 6, at 6513 Storage Drive, Amarillo. Bring help and a vehicle for furniture and large tools. Each buyer is responsible for picking up what they buy. Items left after Tuesday begin accruing storage fees of $5 a day for small lots and $10 a day for furniture, and merchandise left 15 days is considered abandoned and reverts to the auction house. Large lots purchased and not picked up carry a disposal fee. Bidding is a binding contract, so a buyer still owes for merchandise even if it isn't picked up. We do ship small lots only. No furniture, no large tools. Shipping runs through our office and you have to tell us you want it. You'll get a separate email to pay for shipping. PAYMENT AND BUYER'S PREMIUM Buyer's premium is 15%. Texas state and county tax is 8.25%, except gold and silver coins, which are nontaxable. We take credit card, cash, Venmo, and check with approval. Credit card adds 3.5% and Venmo adds 1% on top of the cash price. CONDITION AND TERMS Everything sells as is, where is, with all faults. We represent each item to the best of our ability but are not responsible for imperfections not mentioned in the descriptions. All descriptions are believed accurate but carry no warranty. By placing a bid you signify that you have examined the item to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine it. We reserve the right to reject any bid. All announcements made the day of the auction take the place of any advertisement if they contradict it. Double S Auctions & Estate Services, 6513 Storage Drive, Amarillo, Texas.
